Refund Policy

Our company does not offer any refunds on any of its services. When the service agreement is reached and a work is initiated, the payment, which is given by the client, cannot be refunded in any case.

Once the project is mutually confirmed between the client and our team and the initial payment is received, then the work is taken as officially underway. In case the client wants to discontinue or withdraw the service along the way after this, no refund will be provided.

The clients are expected to check and confirm that they are eligible before any form of assessment or service. We are not responsible to wrong eligibility or misconceptions of the requirements and wrong cases will not be refunded.

The decision will always be left at the mercy of the company in special cases where our team might reconsider the issue depending on its complexity and situation.
